Add links to AIATSIS

The Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres St. Islanders has a semi-official list of languages for Australia/Torres. Each language has its own code, e.g. https://collection.aiatsis.gov.au/austlang/language/S35, which would be nice to have linked.

They also publish all their name data here:
https://collection.aiatsis.gov.au/datasets/austlang/001

...which would be nice to add as well.

As noted by @d97hah here, this may be hard to do on our side. I think this should be handled like Wikipedia - if AIATSIS does the linking (like Wikipedia did), we will add and display the links on Glottolog, but we can't do the linking.

There is a mapping for most of them between glottolog and aiatsis in the chirila metadata.

@chirila I used to scrape AIATSIS codes for Glottolog languoids from http://chirila.yale.edu/languages (see above). This site doesn't seem to exist anymore. Could you point me to a replacement, where I could get a mapping between Glottocodes and AIATSIS codes?

The site is back up but doesn't have all the language codes. https://zenodo.org/record/4898185 has a spreadsheet with the code equivalences as they currently stand, along with the mapping files.

It's on my list to look through the unassigned glottocodes, aiatsis codes, and ISO codes (that is, codes in those ontologies which aren't assigned to a language in chirila) but I probably won't get to it before July. AIATSIS recently made their underlying db available but they don't distinguish between languages, varieties, or spelling variants so it's somewhat hard to use
