• An empty array in config adds nothing again. 1.86.0 made a list replace the list below it,
  and PHP counts [] as a list: a package shipping 'source_roots' => [] wiped the uploads root
  another package contributed, so admin-started imports in Thallo could not find their file. An
  empty array now leaves the value below it alone, as it did before 1.86.0; a non-empty list still
  replaces.
