Route-table signature inputs.ApplicationContext::setRouteSignatureInput($name, $value) adds
application state to the compiled route table's signature. A table compiled under one state is
rejected by a context booted under another, including a table first built on a cold cache. Set it
before routes are registered, from the state the routes are registered by.
One lock for every enabled-list change.extensions:enable, extensions:disable, extensions:cache and the schema executor hold ExtensionStateMutex, from reading the list (or
resolving providers) through rebuilding the extension cache, so two changes can't overwrite each
other's edits to config/extensions.php or the cache. It's a PostgreSQL advisory lock on glueful:extension-state, or a file lock on other drivers. Applications that write the list
themselves take the same lock (ExtensionStateMutex::within()). ExtensionManager::rebuildCache()
is the locked rebuild extensions:cache now uses.
