Upgrade Notes

• An app without its own file-cache path now caches in <app>/storage/cache. The framework
  config's cache.stores.file.path defaulted to the framework's own folder (under vendor/); it is
  now unset, and the file driver resolves the app's storage. Set CACHE_FILE_PATH to keep a
  different location. An app whose config/cache.php sets the path is unaffected.

Fixed

• The file cache lives in the app's storage/cache, never in vendor/. The cache service was
  built without the application context, and the file driver looked up a config key no app
  defines, so file-cache entries landed in vendor/glueful/framework/storage/cache — unwritable
  wherever the web server cannot write the code, which left the site without a cache. The driver
  now uses cache.stores.file.path (CACHE_FILE_PATH), else <app>/storage/cache; services that
  create a cache or a logger without a context use the one set at boot.
• Writing .env keeps its mode and group, and leaves an unchanged file alone. Every write
  replaced it with a fresh temp file — mode 0600, in the writer's own group — so a web server that
  reads .env through its group lost access after the deploy user ran an install or provision.
