Description

Added snippets to:

  1. Add custom columns and output data on the Courses > Students reporting for course export.
  2. Get all the course IDs ordered by enrolled students in descending order.
  3. Hide paid access plans for students enrolled in particular memberships.

How has this been tested?

Manually in a child theme.
