Godot 4.1.3 RC 1 is a release candidate for the 4.1.3 maintenance release. Release candidates focus on finalizing the release and fixing remaining critical bugs.

Built from commit f80c673cdf8f63d912d151eeaa866ee61ba28e41.
To make a custom build which would also be recognized as rc1, you should define GODOT_VERSION_STATUS=rc1 in your build environment prior to compiling.
