I confirm this on 32-bit Debian stable. I compiled with webp=no and the editor runs okay so far.

does it still happen? I think i removed the files from git but they may still be in there, guess I probably made a mistake using git (not very used to it)

master still fails for me (on Fedora 20, x86_64). Disabling webp works.

Same problem here in Archlinux x86_64, I fixed it by changing wrong includes in some of the "drivers/webp" directory headers.
I posted the patch in the Godot forum: http://www.godotengine.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=29
