Fixes

  • Scope chatbot IAM policy: CloudWatch Logs access now restricted to this module's log groups (/aws/lambda/${name_prefix}-*) instead of account-wide Resource: "*"
  • Fix inconsistent tagging: All integration resources now use local.default_tags (adds missing Module and ManagedBy tags)
  • Isolate webhook integration failures: Discord and ServiceNow calls are now independent — one failing no longer blocks the other
