🚀 Feature: Add earlydata middleware (v2 backport)

Description

Add earlydata middleware to add support for TLS 1.3's early data ("0-RTT") feature.

This is a v2 backport of #2270.

Nice, golangci-lint CI also seems to be working fine! Will fix linting asap.
