Fixed — the 1.4.0 wiring only covered parameter-less commands

All three commands imported the trait but never called it: their handle() methods take injected services, and the transformation that added the call only matched signatures without parameters. The result looked like a fix and was none — the commands still reported success while seeing nothing. Now wrapped properly, dependencies forwarded.
