ESPHome Compatibility & UDP Address API

• Adopted new set_addresses() API: Now exclusively targets the new UDPComponent::set_addresses() address table API introduced in ESPHome 2026.10.0, dropping compatibility with older versions (#11, #13).
• Minimum ESPHome version constraint: Enforced min_version: 2026.10.0 in outequip-ac.yaml.

CI & Build Workflow Improvements

• Bumped shared ESPHome workflows (build.yml and upload-to-gh-release.yml) to 2026.10.2 (#10, #12).
• Bumped esphome/build-action to 8.1.0 in CI (#8).
