TPU agent suite v0.7.0-experimental

Initial Experimental Release of the TPU agent suite, released alongside torch_tpu at the PyTorch Conference 2026.

1. What is Included

• Multi-Harness Native Support: Compiles canonical agent packages into native bundles for Claude Code and Antigravity (with Codex and Cursor coming soon).
• Deterministic Execution: Uses explicit hooks, schemas, and script-enforced validation instead of unguided model behavior.
• Orchestrator and Specialized Domain Agents:
  • tpu-agent: Orchestrator for the TPU agent suite.
  • tpu-model-onboarding: Onboards PyTorch models to verified TPU inference endpoints with automated hardware preflights and per-layer numerical parity checks.
  • tpu-diagnostics: Captures and reads XProf traces, tracing execution time back to source lines.
  • tpu-knowledge-base: Retrieval-augmented TPU fact-checking backed by ~600 catalog entries and strict citation contracts.
  • tpu-kernel-development: Generates, tests, and autotunes custom Pallas kernels.

2. Scope & Access

• Inference Only: Scoped strictly to inference workloads for transformer-based architectures on Cloud TPU v6e and v7x.
• Contributions: External code contributions are not accepted during this preview phase.
