Please, reopen this, firebase-admin (7.1.0) depends on google-cloud-storage (>=3.1.1)

Because no versions of google-adk match >1.5.0,<1.6.1 || >1.6.1,<1.7.0 || >1.7.0,<1.8.0 || >1.8.0,<1.9.0 || >1.9.0,<2.0.0
 and google-adk (1.5.0) depends on google-cloud-storage (>=2.18.0,<3.0.0), google-adk (>=1.5.0,<1.6.1 || >1.6.1,<1.7.0 || >1.7.0,<1.8.0 || >1.8.0,<1.9.0 || >1.9.0,<2.0.0) requires google-cloud-storage (>=2.18.0,<3.0.0).
And because google-adk (1.6.1) depends on google-cloud-storage (>=2.18.0,<3.0.0)
 and google-adk (1.7.0) depends on google-cloud-storage (>=2.18.0,<3.0.0), google-adk (>=1.5.0,<1.8.0 || >1.8.0,<1.9.0 || >1.9.0,<2.0.0) requires google-cloud-storage (>=2.18.0,<3.0.0).
And because google-adk (1.8.0) depends on google-cloud-storage (>=2.18.0,<3.0.0)
 and google-adk (1.9.0) depends on google-cloud-storage (>=2.18.0,<3.0.0), google-adk (>=1.5.0,<2.0.0) requires google-cloud-storage (>=2.18.0,<3.0.0).
Because no versions of firebase-admin match >7.1.0,<8.0.0
 and firebase-admin (7.1.0) depends on google-cloud-storage (>=3.1.1), firebase-admin (>=7.1.0,<8.0.0) requires google-cloud-storage (>=3.1.1).
Thus, firebase-admin (>=7.1.0,<8.0.0) is incompatible with google-adk (>=1.5.0,<2.0.0).
So, because health-portal-backend depends on both firebase-admin (^7.1.0) and google-adk (^1.5.0), version solving failed.
