Adding in anoymous tracking

Describe the bug
In order to determine which packages are being used and where users are encountering errors we should put in an anonymous method for tracking usage without making the data personally identifiable.

Design
We can initially use Google Analytics to deliver this feature.
Each page should have the Google Analytics snippet added to the page.
We should addin events to show user has started module, and again when the user completes a module.
