Pausing javascript execution crashes Safari and the debug proxy.

If the javascript execution stops, via the pause button, pause on exceptions or on debugger; safari crashes and the debugger proxy segfaults.

I observe the same crash with ios-webkit-debug-proxy-win32 and chrome 28.0.1500.71.
After some experiments I found, that the crash depends on the devtools version.

Of the versions available from https://chrome-devtools-frontend.appspot.com/static/ version 18.0.1025.99 is the latest good one. The next version 24.0.1301.0 already crashes. On the other hand the element-styles work for 24.0.1301.0 and later version, but not for 18.0.1025.99 (issues #42 and #57). Perhaps there is a fully functional version in between.

I tried ios_webkit_debug_proxy -f chrome-devtools://devtools/bundled/inspector.html at fec01df with Chromium "Version 48.0.2564.82 Built on Ubuntu 14.04, running on LinuxMint 17 (64-bit)," and debugging JS code worked for me.
