About the PR
Let's bartenders use the *twirl/spin emote without dumping the contents on themselves, also gives them a bit of XP for doing so with the same cooldown as shaking their shaker. This should give the bartender a bit more style and pizazz they can do while mixxing drinks.
Why's this needed?
I see mixologists spin their glasses and stuff on videos. I want to encapsulate that bit of flair a bit.
