v0.20.2
govctl v0.20.2
0.20.2 stops agents from over-specifying implementation in RFCs and ADRs.
Agent-written ADRs fixed low-level choices before coding could supply evidence,
and RFCs described internal procedure as prose pseudo-code; implementing agents
then followed those details into defective code. The bundled skills and
reviewer agents now keep both artifacts at the level of behavior and early
decisions, and their text is about a quarter shorter.
Fixed
- rfc-writer and rfc-reviewer treat internal procedure and unobservable
ordering in RFC Clauses as defects. (WI-2026-09-24-001) - adr-writer and adr-reviewer limit ADRs to decisions that must be settled
before implementation and flag premature low-level choices.
(WI-2026-09-24-001) - gov, discuss, and compliance-checker bind implementation only to what RFCs
and ADRs state. (WI-2026-09-24-001) - rfc-writer no longer suggests ADR references from RFCs, which the reference
hierarchy forbids. (WI-2026-09-24-001)
