fix(order-admin): make refund button visible on FA5 admin shell

The record-refund control on the order detail totals block used the
FontAwesome 6 icon name `fa-rotate-left`, but the admin shell ships
FontAwesome Free 5.13.0, which has no such glyph. The icon rendered
empty, so the refund button was effectively invisible next to the
record-payment "+" — users could not reach the refund flow even
though `ShopOrder::recordRefund()` was fully wired.

Swap to the FA5 equivalent `fa-undo` (\f0e2, present in 5.13.0) at
both the button and the modal header icon. Font glyph only, no CSS
rebuild; `data-testid` unchanged so E2E selectors are unaffected.
