Add a cross-platform install script that installs the latest release of `gptscript`. Also add a github action that publishes that script to R2, making it publicly available at `https://get.gptscript.ai/install.sh`. Signed-off-by: Nick Hale <4175918+njhale@users.noreply.github.com>
