Change messages log level in init script

Our current Gradle init script for DV injection outputs some log messages at a high log level, meaning they are always present, even in Gradle quiet mode (cf https://docs.gradle.org/current/userguide/logging.html).
This PR will cause those messages to be hidden now in quiet mode.
