Suggested improvements to unit-scaling doc. Mainly just tweaks to wording and formatting.
Hav also added the utils module to the API section
Note: I have changed "the user" to "you" to be consistent with our general style. However, if you feel that is inconsistent with the expectations of a more academic audience, I am happy to leave it in the more "impersonal" mode
