Adds two different way of thread logging. First, adds procedure 'apoc.log.threadPools' to gather thread pool information. Second, adds individual thread debug logging by overriding the ExecutorService 'beforeExecute' method. Individual thread debugging must be turned on through the neo4j.conf.
