Following on from #1221 this PR exposes the Base64 type at the root module level and adds documentation for it. It also add documentation for the
Decimaltype which already exists and adds examples on how to use all the custom types.Oh also I sorted all the imports in
graphene/__init__.pyandgraphene/types/__init__.py
