Features

#723 iOS: Swift Package Manager support. Ships a Package.swift so React Native 0.87 SwiftPM autolinking works (it previously failed with Package.swift is missing for library "react-native-view-shot"). The TurboModule (New Architecture) code is compiled in, and the privacy manifest is bundled. CocoaPods users are unaffected. Co-authored with @serpixel, who wrote the original manifest in #722. Thanks!
