main() did `raise SystemExit(main_impl(...))`, but command functions may
return a domain object rather than an exit code -- e.g. `worktree add`
returns the created Worktree. SystemExit then stringifies that object and
exits non-zero even though the command succeeded, which breaks callers that
check the exit status. Only use an int return as the exit status; otherwise
exit 0.
