• greptile trex flows manages the repository's custom TREX flows: list,
  show, create, update, edit, and delete. Flows are JSON files read
  from a path or stdin.
• greptile trex simulate show lists each tested flow with its outcome and a
  link to its evidence.

Changed

• TREX simulations moved to greptile trex simulate. The old greptile environment trex-simulate still works but prints a deprecation warning.
• The startup screen no longer labels the CLI "(beta)".
