Plug-in version 26.1.1 still supports APEX 23.2 and later. It was tested on APEX 24.2, 26.1 and 26.2, in desktop, phone and tablet browsers.
Fixed

APEX 24.2: a region without rows threw Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'top') when the page was scrolled, for example when a tab with an empty region was opened on a scrolled page. The "No Data Found" branch of the report body template now renders an empty card list, so APEX's scroll pagination has a container to measure. APEX 26.1 and later were not affected.
