Release v3.1.1
Concord v3.1.1
This patch clarifies how applications adopt the large CHECK native stack repair introduced in ExTurso 3.1.0. It also synchronizes all three umbrella packages and Concord's exact companion dependencies at 3.1.1.
Changes
- Document ExTurso 3.1.0 as the minimum for native SQL execution on Rust blocking workers with 8 MiB stacks. Default BEAM scheduler stack settings are sufficient for large, balanced CHECK expressions.
- Explain that Concord applications must update
concord,ex_turso, andviewstamped_replicationtogether in their dependency locks. - Clarify that existing tables retain their stored CHECK definitions. Adopting schema changes requires an explicit migration or offline export/rebuild; edits to historical migrations only affect fresh schemas.
This is a documentation and version synchronization patch; the native implementation is unchanged from 3.1.0. Turso 0.8.2 still limits expression tree depth to 100, so long predicate chains must remain balanced.
Packages and installation
All three packages are published at 3.1.1:
def deps do
[
{:concord, "3.1.1"}
]
endThe current 3.x ExTurso package builds its NIF from the included Rust sources and requires stable Rust, pkg-config, and OpenSSL development headers alongside compatible Elixir/OTP. No precompiled native GitHub assets are expected.
Applications upgrading from before 3.1.0 should also follow the 3.1.0 upgrade notes, including rebuilding older Turso FTS indexes.
