Minor release adding internal QUIC client transport readiness, published TLS consumer validation, and HTTP/2 profile capabilities.

  • Published all five packages at 0.14.0: http_core, http_fetch, http_web_socket, http_event_source, and http_web_transport.
  • Runtime dependencies use Hex elixir_quic 0.2.2 and ex_ssl 0.7.2, with no Git pins or overrides.
  • OTP TLS remains the default. Existing production HTTP/3 and WebTransport routes retain their current backend. The new adapter does not implement HTTP/3 sessions or QPACK.
  • Validation: CI, Test, and Release workflows passed; local real-QUIC suite passed 529 tests plus 20 doctests, published TLS feature gate passed 68 tests, and E2E passed 58 tests. Independent peer baseline/impaired runs and standalone release startup passed.
  • Known limitation: the Abyss joint G-P1 test awaits its published-engine namespace migration, tracked in gsmlg-dev/abyss#5. The internal adapter G-F gate passes independently.
