rename package & library

This is a rename release because I don't want to step on any toes of devs who have already written similar packages with the same name.

Alpha release

This is the alpha pre-release of the Twine package. There will be new features added soon, and there will likely be breaking changes between now and the v1 release. If you have suggestions or comments or feature requests, drop them in the issues or submit a PR.
