feat(hooks): report OpenCode 2 status from its TUI

OpenCode 2 runs plugins in a shared background service that can't tell
which terminal a session belongs to. A new TUI plugin now reports status
from each terminal, and the server plugin becomes a no-op there. Plugin
paths can now be nested, and uninstall removes the plugin's own folder
once it's empty. Also drop the Promote Beta footer action.
