The Age Description Manager functionality needs to be restored in the 3ds Max Plasma Plugin.

There are going to need to be some rewrites to make this work, so it ties into whatever database the GoW comes up with, rather than Cyan's servers. It's sort of dependent on me getting me act together and finishing the GoW age registration system.
