Release 0.3.2

Version bump from 0.3.1 via npm run release:version -- 0.3.2: workspace packages, internal ^0.3.2 pins, jsDelivr item URLs (boring-ui-kit@0.3.2/r), registry output and lockfile. Pi peers stay ~1.2.0. The publish set is the five public packages (agent, execution, feedback, files, ui-kit); boring-browser and boring-testing stay private.
