Resolved in DM—the issue here was that I had reinstalled the app with my slack tokens to add some new scopes, but Zach is the primary workspace owner, so my tokens aren't authorized to edit his profile. We should figure out a better way to deal with this issue when it comes up, but the solution was just for Zach to reinstall the app with his tokens.
