Removed resin from budget in order to accommodate tax. Added shipping to the chart which is free due to amazon Prime. Anything that is over budget will be paid from pocket.

@yutarour thanks sm for so quickly adding the changes requested! it's ok if it goes over budget, we'd just cover up to $250 :)
