• There is now a checkerboard pattern at the bottom of the encoded data, to detect alignment issues early since the bottom half of the texture is black if there's no lights, making it hard to align.
• Improve decoding by averaging the pixel data of the square.
• Lower detection threshold to 30 to account for improved bloom prevention.
• In the UI, show the black pixels as cyan instead of red.
• Add application icon and assembly version number.

Fixes:

• Fix case where the extracted image was probably smaller than expected, resulting in decoding errors.
