Ports the following fixes from the docs/ branch to v2-github-pages:
- CORS-blocked 429 handling via try/catch around fetch() with retry
- Proactive back-off when X-Discogs-Ratelimit-Remaining < 5
- Phase 2 pacing lowered from 1500ms to 1100ms (~54 req/min)
- ETA in sync progress banner
- Background Phase 2: user is navigated to collection immediately
  after Phase 0/1, videos trickle in while they browse
- Periodic renderCollection() re-render during background sync so
  new video counts appear without a manual refresh
