Reverse any sort from the keyboard, keep static reports small, and a round of accuracy fixes.

Added

• ~ reverses the active sort in lists, Trends rankings and the price table. Choosing the active column again in the s picker does the same, and the header shows the direction.
• --details-dir writes a static web report whose per-session Turns, Tools and Context load on demand, so the main file stays small.
• Side-by-side diffs by default, and faster cold starts: harnesses now parse in parallel.

Fixed

• Imported CSV and JSONL usage is grouped and ordered correctly, and one unreadable record no longer drops the rest.
• Turns lists a mid-prompt compaction under its prompt, and a range such as 30d now moves with the date when OpenTab stays open past midnight.
• The install script falls back to a private virtual environment when pipx is missing.
