変更点
GHC-8.6.5->GHC-8.8.3ghcup-0.0.7->ghcup-0.0.82020/4/2時点の最新バージョンに更新QuickCheckのみrepaのバージョン制約にひっかかるため、2.13.2を利用。(allow-newerを指定すれば通るかもしれませんが、インストール手順をあまり変えたく無いのでバージョンを落とす方を採用しました。)ghcupでインストールされる GHC のバージョンを指定するように、インストール手順を書き換えようと思いましたが、思ったより書き換える内容が多いため今回はそのままにしておきます。
