Unknown operating system name 'gnu', 'gnu'

os(gnu) is a valid thing to put in a cabal file. It's for the GNU Hurd. Please allow this OS in uploads to hackage.

Please submit this OS to the list in Cabal, should be a couple line patch to Distribution.System

I'm still unable to upload packages that refer to os(gnu). Has this fix not been deployed to the hackage server yet?
