Package should still work for ghc-7.10 because there was no changes to the main code of the package. However, there is no support on CI, so testing it becomes too hard.

This is a patch release that fixes #163
Changes in this release consistent of a backport of revisions with bounds updates, CI fixes and test suite fixes. There are no semantic changes to the package itself.
