feat: generated press page

Topic : migration of the press page from hardcoded to metadata in markdown

Status : Open to Discussion / Ready for Review

Steps :

• move from html to template
• reproduce pattern list and tile to be able to extend press page with other article
• generate press page with press articles (only one for the moment)

Discussion ?

• use date of publishing to sort articles (most recent first) (it's open to discussion as it's a new behavior)
