Removes remaining backward-compat code (no production/legacy consumers exist).

Breaking changes:

• IdempotencyStore now requires atomic claim/commit/release; has/mark dropped from the contract and the handleLegacyKey path removed from IdempotencyConsumerMiddleware (and InMemoryIdempotencyStore.mark).
• Removed deprecated staticHooks/swaggerHooks from ExpressKernelServerOptions; use hooks with phase: 'beforeErrors'.

Also: docs/README compat wording removed, 'legacy' test names renamed, internal alias-tracking variable renamed (_getLegacyServiceId is the node-dependency-injection private API name and is still required).

Validated: lint, typecheck, test:coverage (100%), docs:build.
