UniqueObjectArray is now an immutable collection. Breaking changes: length() becomes the length getter, and push()/remove() return a new collection instead of mutating. Adds isEmpty, at, find, filter, map, some, every, forEach, reduce, toArray and iteration, and indexes items by class name and value so includes no longer scans every item. Includes tests and a migration table in the docs.
