Rename v1alpha1 URL

I've searched everywhere (Hasura Docs, GH issues, Stack Overflow) and couldn't find any answers: how do I rename my graphql endpoint url? I'd want to have something like /api/graphql(I really wish I won't need to have something like v1alpha1 in the URL for my API consumers).

Hi, currently this is not possible.

Is it possible for you to put a reverse proxy in front of Hasura like Nginx or Apache? Then you can rewrite the URL using the proxy's configuration.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm planning to do, but it's a bummer :(

It's a small point, but it could ring alarm bells for the colleagues of someone who's trying to champion Hasura as an alternative to writing an API server from scratch. I'm referring to the word alpha in the endpoint. "look it's not production worthy, it even says it in the endpoint".

I think its a really good idea to make this configurable as an env var and not need another proxy server! We'll try to have this out asap :)

Can someone add some guide or tutorial about rename endpoint with on Caddy or Trafeak reverse proxy or still update /v1alpha1/graphql based on Hasura version for example /v1alpha42/graphql for now. Why you are still using v1alpha1 in alpha42 version (latest now)?

Has this been fixed? How can I configure the endpoint URL (e.g instead of /v1/graphql I prefer to have it /api/graphql) as it was requested by the reporter @buzinas ?
