1.3.1: sidebar button, sessions from GitHub, connector logos

- The show-sidebar button is always reachable when the sidebar is hidden
  (it used to live in the session header, which the start screen hides);
  View menu items for the sidebar and session panel.
- New session from a GitHub repository: your repos through the GitHub CLI,
  or any link; cloned into your projects folder with git, falling back to
  gh; Sign in to GitHub opens a terminal with gh auth login.
- Connectors show their official icon, fetched from the service's own
  website and cached locally; letters remain as the fallback.
- Header buttons stay on one line.
