1.3.5: sign in from the app in the browser, no Terminal

- Log in / Sign in again run the tool's own browser sign-in (claude auth login, codex login)
  in the background with the account's settings, open the sign-in page, take the code
  if the page shows one, then check the account really works
- The same flow in Settings, the chat's Sign in again (reruns the message) and first-run setup;
  Terminal stays as a fallback
