Member list logging is too verbose [API-1277] #596
Description
We log with Info level the content of the members list each time we receive it and that can be quite verbose, and useless. We should log only if the members list that we received has caused some changes in our members.
Only thing we may be missing is the ... "signs of life" feature, showing that we do receive the members list. But probably that should be done differently, such as raising an error if we don't receive an error list after some time.
