Changelog

This version includes minor fixes and changes to how containers are stopped/restarted so to better reflect their original states.

• For backups, the script will stop all containers, run the backup, and then only restart previously running containers.

• For updates, the script will first remove all containers, run the backup and update. And after request to recreate all containers (to ensure every container now uses any newly pulled docker image).
