GENBoostGPU v0.4.1 — Site pipeline dependency fix

GENBoostGPU v0.4.1 is a small packaging release that fixes installation of the site-analysis workflow introduced in v0.4.0.

🐛 Fixed

• Declare h5py as a core dependency.
  genboostgpu sites reads site-level phenotypes from chr*.beta.h5 files, but h5py was not declared as a package dependency in v0.4.0. As a result, sites run could fail after a standard installation unless h5py had already been installed separately.

  v0.4.1 adds h5py to the core dependencies so the site pipeline works after a normal GENBoostGPU installation without additional manual setup.
